Tai Chi is a unique exercise. It requires coordination of mind, breathing and movements.

I started my Tai Chi and Qi Gong practice in 1986 and began Tai Chi teaching in 1998. It has always been a great pleasure to share it with others.

My regular Highlands Tai Chi and Qi Gong classes in Australia have been enjoyed since 2004 and I am glad to see the classes becoming more and more popular. A big “Southern Highlands Tai Chi Life” group has been formed gradually.

Based on those 30 years practice and 18 years teaching experience, I made four professional DVDS to give step by step instructions to help students learn and improve. My aim is to enable more and more people to enjoy the benefits of Tai Chi and Qi Gong.
